I learned Food and Beverage Product during my one-year
study at Captain’s Club College Yogyakarta. I
gained knowledge and skills in Food and Beverage Product, such
as equipment, duties, cutting methods, rules, and cooking standard and practices. Then, I improved my
skills through on the job training (OJT) in Food and Beverage Product
Department at a 5-star hotel Melia Purosani Yogyakarta for 6 months. Besides, I
had casual experiences at 4-star and 5-star hotels in Yogyakarta. I am familiar
with Western, Chinese, and Indonesian cuisines.
In addition to my skill, I am a fast-learner, ready to
work underpressure, and able to work individually and in team. If you hire
me, I would give my best service as a Kitchen Team atThe Alana Hotel and Convention Center Yogyakarta. I
would gradually improve my experience and skills in cooking. I
